I recently had my lower wisdom teeth removed at Greenwood Dental Practice under the care of Dr Tom Owen. He was simply amazing. He explained in thorough detail about how my wisdom teeth would be extracted and made me feel at ease. During the procedure he was very kind and continued to make me feel at ease. He provided a lot of information in terms of aftercare which made my recovery go very smoothly. Dr Tom Owen demonstrates an exceptional level of professionalism. He even contacted me personally after my wisdom teeth removal to ensure I was recovering well, which I greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend anyone else if you are looking to get your wisdom teeth removed. Thank you to everyone at Greenwood Dental Practice!

This is by far the best dental practice I’ve ever visited. After years of struggling to find a dentist I felt comfortable with, I came across Greenwood Dental Practice when I needed an emergency appointment, and they were able to see me the same day. The team was incredibly helpful, efficient, and responsive, and I’ve been with them ever since.

I have been with this practice virtually since it opened which says a lot. Last year I needed an operation to try and save one of my front teeth (so far so good!), and an extraction. After my extraction I opted to commence implant treatment and in early 2025 my replacement tooth was successfully installed. My regular dentist, Sarah Hodgson, who I trust implicitly referred me to their specialist dentist, Tom Owen, for these procedures. I was anxious about having work done by a different dentist but Tom is very professional and gave me confidence. He talked to me through every procedure explaining what he was doing and what I might feel which was just what I needed to keep calm and Zena his dental nurse was also wonderful. Everyone I interact with at the practice (I must name check Rachel K and Kerry) have been unfailingly supportive of me, particularly over the last 12 months. I can’t thank them enough.

Greenwood Dental is a fantastic dental practice. The reception staff are friendly, caring and always happy to help. My whole family have been seeing Julia for a number of years and she is a knowledgable, professional and personable dentist, who does a great job of putting young children at ease when in the dentist chair.

I recently needed extensive dental work, following an injury. I was referred to Dr Tom Owen who spent 12 months reconstructing my bone, gum and inserting an implant. It was a complex and difficult issue but Tom was exceptionally understanding, calm and professional throughout the whole treatment. The end result was better than I could have expected, which is completely down to Tom’s skill and ability as a dental surgeon. I highly recommend Tom and Greenwood for routine and also complex dentistry.

I would recommend this dental practice without any hesitation. Anneliese, who is the dentist who treats me, is extremely professional and caring. She takes time to explain any procedures and listens to any concerns. She so obviously has the patient's wellbeing as her main focus.
The nurses and reception staff are equally helpful and friendly, going out of their way to ensure that the appointment is a positive experience.
All in all, an outstanding practice with superb staff!

My whole family has used Greenwood Dental Practice for many years. Recently, my teenage son needed a procedure requiring a surgical exposure with a gold chain attached. Dental surgeon Dr Tom Owen carried out the procedure with great professionalism and most importantly his calm approach was very reassuring to me and my son. I would not hesitate to recommend Greenwood Dental Practice for all your dental needs. The Reception staff are friendly and go above and beyond to accommodate patients.

My family has been with Greenwood Dental Practice for nearly 10 years, and every experience has been exceptional.
Dr. Sarah has been our main dentist, looking after both my and my daughter’s dental health with the highest level of professionalism and friendliness. When we first met Dr. Sarah, she immediately understood my concerns about my daughter’s dental health. She began seeing her every three months to build her comfort and gradually moved to a six-month routine as her teeth progressed well. This personalized approach has been fantastic.
Recently, my daughter also met Dr. Anneliese, who was wonderful in explaining her work as a dentist, making the visit both engaging and educational.
I recently completed a two-implant treatment with Dr. Thomas, who is incredibly skilled and kept me informed throughout each stage. After half a year, the treatment was complete, and I couldn’t be happier with the results—the implants have made a huge difference in my quality of life.
The reception staff is always friendly and helpful, making each visit comfortable from start to finish.
I highly recommend Greenwood Dental Practice to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

She is extremely professional, her assistants and her work smoothly together and she is always kind and approachable. For 30 years plus, my family & have been wonderfully supported for all our Dental requirements by Sarah Hodgson & her Associate Dentists.

The front desk team, constantly go out of their way to support me & my family when emergency support is required, invariably exceeding my expectations on every occasion! They are genuinely friendly, understanding & accommodating whenever it is humanly possible… making you feel totally at ease.

Dental visits/checkups together with any necessary treatments are actually a ‘nice event’ at Greenwood Dental Practice☺️ In fact, if I lived abroad, I would come back to the UK to only see Sarah & her wonderful team, because ‘they are that good’ at what they do!

To conclude, it is our Family view that Greenwood Dental Practice is ultimately the best Dental Practice in the UK… ‘we wouldn’t go anywhere else’☺️ Without reservation, I ‘highly recommend’ Sarah Hodgson & all The Team to anyone looking for the best care & treatment in dentistry.
