Dr. Anneliese Pantin

Anneliese loves all aspects of dentistry but particularly enjoys family dentistry and has a special interest in treating children.

Anneliese qualified from the University of Manchester in 2006. During this extensive career she has been involved in dental education and has previously worked as a dental appraiser. Anneliese has a reputation for being extremely caring, wanting to put her patients best interests before all else and really enjoys getting to know the patients she treats.

When Anneliese is not at work she loves keeping up with her large family and exploring the great outdoors with her husband and their four young children. Together they enjoy holiday adventures and trips to National Trust properties.

Dr. Julia Williamson

Julia provides her patients with high quality general dentistry and is particularly skilled at root canal treatments and orthodontics.

Julia graduated from the University of Manchester and has worked as a private dentist for the majority of her career. Julia passed an exam to earn the award of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons Glasgow.

From the first year of her career, she embarked on an advanced aesthetic restorative dentistry course allowing her to provide dental care of the highest quality and aesthetics. Julia is a qualified Invisalign® provider, offering teeth straightening for patients wishing to improve their smiles. She also has advanced training in administering Botox to relax muscles and prevent excessive clenching and grinding of teeth.

Julia has continued to advance her skills not just in cosmetic dentistry, but in endodontics (root canal) and orthodontics (tooth alignment). Julia has diplomas in both of these subjects and this allows her to complete complex root canal which may be deemed too difficult for your average general dentist.

Julia has lived all of her life in Altrincham and has worked at Greenwood Dental Practice since 2018. In her spare time Julia enjoys yoga, the gym and eating out.

MSc Dental Implantology

Dr. Thomas Owen

Thomas provides the highest quality dental implant and surgical procedures to his patients.

Thomas graduated from The University of Sheffield with Honours before spending a year working as a Senior House Officer (SHO) in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at Aintree and Arrowe Park hospitals. As an SHO, Thomas developed advanced skills in oral surgery and tooth extractions. He then sat an exam to earn the award of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons Glasgow.

Thomas has worked for many years as a private dentist focusing his work on oral surgery and dental implants. He has a masters degree in dental implantology and continuously advances his skills in these areas. Most recently, Thomas has visited Switzerland, Portugal and Spain to learn advanced techniques directly from international leaders in the field of implantology and now puts these skills in to practice on a daily basis.

Thomas takes referrals from dentists in the neighbouring areas for both complex tooth extractions and dental implants. He works at Greenwood Dental Practice twice a week and spends the rest of his week visiting dental practices in Standish, Bury and Rochdale to provide his advanced implant care. Some of his work also involves mentoring dentists to provide implant treatment and enhance their surgical skills.

Thomas prides himself on a comprehensive approach to treatment planning to ensure that you are fully informed of what the treatment will consist of. Thomas has an eye for detail and will ensure that all dental care is of the highest quality. Thomas is able to provide you with an extensive portfolio of prior implant treatments, showcasing his ability to meet your cosmetic and functional needs.

Outside of dentistry, Thomas loves food, live music, mountain biking and the gym.

Dr. Amelia Neild

Amelia enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and has a particular focus on helping nervous patients feel at ease.

She qualified from the University of Manchester and is a qualified Invisalign® provider, helping patients achieve straighter smiles discreetly. Amelia is also trained in anti-wrinkle treatments and enjoys providing subtle, natural results that enhance facial aesthetics.

Amelia has mentored newly qualified dentists and volunteered as a dentist in a refugee camp in Greece, experiences that have strengthened her commitment to thoughtful, patient-centred care.

Outside of dentistry, Amelia enjoys spending time with her family, countryside walks, trying new restaurants, travelling, and catching the occasional comedy show.

Dr. Sarah Ford

Sarah is an accredited Invisalign® Orthodontic provider and enjoys providing cosmetic dentistry to patients, particularly composite veneers and smile improvement treatments. Sarah completed the renowned Tipton Restorative course in 2007.

After qualifying as a dentist from Leeds University in 1993, Sarah completed her vocational training in Hull. Her career took her to private practices in New Zealand and Australia before returning to Manchester in 2002. She has been part of our team since 2012.

Away from work Sarah loves walking and mountain biking with her family, visiting the Lake District and Peak District regularly. She also enjoys taking in live music and comedy gigs.

Emily Haddock

Emily has worked in the dental field for many years and qualified as a Dental Therapist in 2015 from the University of Liverpool.

As a therapist, Emily is able to provide not only high quality hygiene care but comprehensive examinations and treatment of children’s teeth. She is also able to provide many high quality treatments for adults such as fillings.

Emily finds treating nervous patients particularly rewarding. She gets satisfaction from converting the patients from hating their previous dental treatment to a positive experience.

Emily enjoys going to the gym and keeping fit and healthy. She has three dogs and enjoys long walks at the weekends and spending time with her family.
